Kirtland, Ohio – August 4-7
The Reunion News printed, “Addresses presented to the group included “The Kirtland Era” delivered by Truman G. Madsen in the temple, “Restoration of the Kirtland Temple” by Kenneth Byrns of the RLDS Kirtland Stake, and “The Role of the Women in the Kirtland Era” by Gracia Denning. The family meals were catered by the local RLDS Laurel organization. Then “The Temple Drama” was presented by students from Graceland College. This moving play gave the family a “you are there” feeling that made a lasting impression on many.” The Family Talent Show was enjoyed by all.
