Reunion Gathering at Carthage and Nauvoo – August 6-8
This 12th biennial reunion year commemorates the 222nd birthday of Joseph Smith Sr. and the 150th year, sesquicentennial remembrance, of the martyrdom of his three sons, Hyrum, Joseph Jr., and Samuel Harrison. These three brothers died 149 years ago in the summer of 1844 for the cause of their religious beliefs.
